Beth Minter is the founder of Franklin-Belle Healthcare Executive Recruiting . Franklin-Belle’s mission is to offer healthcare clients, both organizations and candidates, their next right match, operating with integrity and speed.
Headquartered proudly in Nashville, Tennessee, Franklin-Belle is a consortium of recruiters from Boston to San Diego whose primary focus is all things Revenue Cycle, including Payer, Provider and Telehealth.
Beth began her career (accidently!) in recruiting with the Kansas Enterprise Technology Corp (KTEC) as an Ewing Marion Kauffman fellow, where she got her first taste of VC funded businesses. From there, she moved to Dell Computer’s first foray out of Austin, the Dell Nashville Campus. She was recruited to WebMd’s operation in Nashville, where she headed up recruiting, then on to Emdeon where she lead the enterprise-wide recruiting team. In June 2013, she left Emdeon to found Franklin-Belle.
Beth is an avid member of the Nashville non-profit and entrepreneurial scenes. She served on the board at Susan G. Komen Foundation, and is an active member of Nashville Cares, CABLE, Women’s Political Caucus. She is active in Nashville’s investment community.
Beth is a published author, both nationally and internationally. She is a frequent speaker on the topic of recruiting at organizations and universities in Nashville.
